My consultation services are designed for:
Caregivers seeking guidance on supporting their neurodivergent child at home or navigating school systems
Educators and school teams looking for PDA-affirming strategies and collaborative support in IEP/504 planning
Clinicians and care providers wanting training and consultation around complex neurodivergent profiles
Families exploring placement options or struggling with school attendance, regulation, or inclusion
Consultation may be a good fit if you are looking to bridge understanding between home, school, and care environments, strengthen advocacy, and access practical strategies for regulation and connection.
I partner with school districts, private schools, and community programs to assess and design services that better support neurodivergent students, including those with PDA profiles and other complex presentations.
This service may include:
Program Assessments – Evaluating existing special education or therapeutic programs through a person-in-environment lens, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for more inclusive and effective practices.
Program Design – Collaborating with administrators and staff to design or reimagine programs that are trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and regulation-focused.
Staff Training & Coaching – Supporting successful implementation by equipping educators and providers with strategies that promote safety, engagement, and connection.
My goal is to help schools and organizations create sustainable, inclusive systems that meet the needs of their students while reducing stress for staff and families.
Professional Training & Workshops: I offer workshops for educators, clinicians, and care providers through the PDA Therapy Collaborative, focusing on best practices for supporting children with complex and demand-avoidant profiles with a Person-in-Environment lens.
IEP Team Collaboration: I work directly with IEP teams to provide education, consultation, and coaching on PDA-affirming strategies that promote regulation, engagement, and inclusion.
Placement Evaluations: Using a Person-in-Environment perspective, I support caregivers in understanding and evaluating current or prospective educational placements to determine appropriateness, with recommendations grounded in a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming lens.
In-Home Assessments: I conduct in-home consultations using a person-in-environment perspective to help identify environmental stressors, regulatory needs, and strengths that can inform therapeutic and educational planning.
This service is ideal for families seeking clarity, advocacy, and practical strategies to bridge home, school, and care environments in a consistent and supportive way.
