Clinical Consultation & Parent/Caregiver Coaching
Price - $1,600
Package includes:
Records Review:
Purpose: Evaluate the learner's documented therapeutic needs within their educational environment, assess appropriateness of current IEP goals, and look for evidence of effective progress. Records reviews typically include recent testing and relevant documentation from the last 3 school years
IEP/504 records: Current Individualized Education Program (IEP)/504 Plan records, recent progress reports, and current evaluations
Disciplinary records: Records of disciplinary actions taken against the student
Private Testing: Recent assessments (within last 3 years) in the areas of Psychiatry, Neuropsychology, Psychological, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Behavior, Mental Health, Academics and other mental health/behavioral evaluations conducted in private/community mental health settings.
School Observation: School observations generally range from 1 to 1.5 hours. With parent/guardian written consent, I collaborate with school or district personnel to arrange a visit to your child's classroom(s). During this visit, your child's interactions with teachers, school staff, peers, and the environment will be observed. The goal of a school observation is to evaluate how effectively the IEP is being implemented and meeting your child's therapeutic needs. Your child's strengths and any area(s) where therapeutic support can be enhanced will also be identified. I will provide a detailed observation report.
Final Report & Recommendations: The final report will summarize the results of a records review and school observation. Additionally, it will provide recommendations for addressing your learner’s therapeutic needs in a school setting.
Feedback Session: A virtual caregiver feedback session will be conducted for up to one hour to discuss the key points of the report and recommendations. This time will also be available to clarify, expand on, or address any follow-up questions you may have.
$250 per hour
The report's findings and recommendations can be presented via a virtual IEP team meeting. My aim is to guide a discussion with you and the IEP members regarding your learner's therapeutic requirements, the current support they are receiving, and any further needs that may exist. I advocate for the learner's needs by drawing on the insights from my report, my clinical expertise, and the experiences of both the learner and their caregiver(s).

I partner with caregivers to offer additional services tailored to individual cases. Any agreements for these services will be clearly outlined and mutually accepted by both the caregiver and the consultant. Clinical consultation services are billed at an hourly rate of $250.
